I love, love soups and breads and Winter is a great time to savory them both. This is a long standing tradition of my first class of the year. These four soups are deeply flavorful and warming. I’ve paired breads with three of them and some little crispy potatoes to top the last one. And who doesn’t love a Pot de Crème?! Come cook Hands On and celebrate the New Year with us.
