Weekend
stays have a
2-night
minimum
-as long as
your stay
includes a
day that is
adjacent to
a Saturday
or Sunday,
we will
count that
as a 2-night
stay:
Friday-Saturday/Saturday-Sunday/Sunday-Monday
Reservations/Payments:
One and
two night
stays
require
payment in
full in
order to
confirm your
reservations.
For stays
longer than
two days,
your balance
will be due
21 days in
advance.
Individual
Class fees
must be paid
in full in
order to
confirm your
place in a
scheduled
class.
Prices
listed
online are
for double
occupancy.
Casita
Tierra has a
sofa
sleeper,
which can be
made
available
for use.
There will
be a $35.00
occupancy
charge, per
night, per
person,
above 2
people, with
a maximum of
4 people in
Tierra and a
maximum of 3
people in
all other
units. Note
each of the
other units
has one
queen bed.
Cancellation
Policy:
Deposits/payments
will be
refunded
when
cancellation
notice is
received at
least 14
days prior
to
reservation
date. A
$35.fee, per
credit card
will be
charged for
refund
transactions.
For
cancellations
received 13
days or less
prior to
reservation
date, no
refund will
be available
unless we
are able to
rebook your
lodging
space and or
class, in
which case,
a full
refund will
be issued,
less the
processing
fee.
Cancellation
for Special
Events/Private
Group
Bookings:
Special
Events/Private
Classes,
require 30
day
cancellation
notice.
A full
refund, less
15%
cancellation
fee, will be
issued with
a 30 day
notice. 50%
will be
returned
from 29 days
to 14 days
in advance;
13 days or
less, no
refund will
be issued.
However, if
we are able
to rebook an
event with
another
party for
the same
date, a
credit
towards
another
event or
events on
another date
will be
issued.
If you are
unable to
attend a
class that
you have
confirmed,
you may
transfer
your class
spot another
person of
your
choosing.
Please just
let us know
who is
coming in
your place!
Our
cancellation
policy
applies to
gift
certificates
and
certificates
obtained
from charity
events. When
using a gift
certificate
or donated
certificate,
let us know
when you are
making the
reservations
so that we
can make
note and
verify.
Certificate
must be
presented to
us on the
class date.
Any
additional
fees not
covered by
certificate
will be due
upon booking
by credit
card or
check.
Extras:
Access to
the sauna,
fire pit,
bocce ball
court and
infinity
edge pool
are
available to
all guests.
Please be
conscientious
of the other
guests when
using these.
Please ask
us about the
fire pit
before
using.
Sometimes
burn bans
are in
effect.
A
Massage
Therapist
can
be arranged
for you
during your
stay. Just
ask when you
are making
reservations
and we will
direct you
to our list
of massage
therapists
who have
agreed to
serve
Juniper
Hills Farm.
You will
make your
arrangements
directly
with them.
Smoking is
permitted on
rock patio
and deck
areas only.
UNREGISTERED
GUESTS: We
do not allow
unregistered
guests on
the
property.
For
insurance
liability
issues as
well as for
the
enjoyment of
all of our
guests, we
must limit
the number
of people on
the property
to paying
guests only.
If this rule
is not
observed, we
reserve the
right to ask
your
"guests" to
leave and
you may be
subject to
ejection
from the
property as
well,
whether your
stay has
been
completed or
not.
